    Its vista premium sp1

    3 gigs of ram

    NVIDIA GEFORCE 6150 se Graphics

    AMD ATHLON X2 4400 dual core processor

    I´m not sure, i havent played Sims 2. The Sims are usually not very resource-intensive games so you should not have any problem playing it.
