In addition to what Chris has said, you might only be able to play these games (if you can) on the 32-bit version of Vista. This is because many old programs used a 16-bit installer routine, and such routines cannot be used on 64-bit systems, although they work perfectly OK on 32-bit ones.

The only way to know is to try. Some may work fine, some may work with errors and some may not work at all

If at all it does not work - Install Virtual PC and install what ever Operating system you what that works as if you have to operating system - Working in the system

I thought Microsoft virtual PC was not available for Vista?

It's not 'built in' like it is to Seven Ultimate for example. But as long as your hardware supports VM's - it can be run.



VM ware or Virtual box is another option, although 95/98 support is limited, particularly in VirtualBox.
