Star Wars Battlefront II server manager help

hey i am using Vista 32bit... I have star wars battlefront II, and i am trying to use a server manager ( Star Wars Battlefront II server manager v1.10 produced by blackbagops.com ) and i was wondering how to get it to display your server in-game. the program runs fine, it has everything working but it wont display in game.... im trying to figure out how to make my router and firewall to allow it through, my firewall says the program is allowed through, im thinking i need a port open such as the following ports that it's manual provides: if your client computer also has a firewall, you will need to allow outbound traffic on TCP port 3558 to connect with SM. See the manual that came with your firewall for instructions about how to allow access to TCP/IP ports. The following ports also need to be forwarded from your router to your game server computer for your game server to be visible on the internet; Game port (3658 UDP incoming), GameSpy Master server port ( 27900 TCP outgoing), Gamespy stats port (29920 TCP outgoing).
how do you open these ports?
