My wife and I enjoy our laptops and last summer we bought her a new laptop so we were a 2 Vista family. Unfortunately, my hard drive crashed and burned and I had to get a new one installed. Well, the fellow who did the work asked me for a disk to reinstall Vista. No disk came with the HP laptop where it is installed on my inoperative D: drive. This is a bad thing. Fortunately, a few years back a rather zealous salesman convinced me to purchase an XP OS "just in case". So I handed this to the repairman and he sucessfully installed this operating system.
Now, I rather stupidly used the wife's laptop to install my iPod and itunes and she became sick of me interrupting her Poker Stars to do things so we swapped laptops. Everything was really good until she discovered that she has a different version of Spider Solitaire. She hates XP's version of Spider Solitaire.
Is there a way to download Vista's version? Is it available to purchase? I really don't want to buy a new laptop just to get Vista Spider Solitaire! Thank you.
