| Vista Home Premium 64 bit | Re: CoD4 Lag Issues My Call of Duty 4 seems to hang up in Singleplayer and multiplayer even though my system is good enough to meet the requirements for this game. My specs are: Vista Home Premium 64 Bit 4.0 GB of Ram AMD Phenom 8450 Triple-Core Processor ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics (Integrated) Even though you may meet the min system req., with the hd 3200 series gpu you'll need to use low video settings. Even then, when things get complex with a lot happening in the battle the 3200 probably can't keep up. The rest of you're system is fine. I experienced the same thing with a 9800 pro. You really need a high end gpu to run COD4 smoothly. I now have an HD 4870 and the difference is amazing. R. |
