How can i play console games(XBOX, PS2 or PS3) games on my PC...???

You can play console games on pc 's by using emulators. Just google for each console you want to emulate but remeber to stay legal you must own a copy of the game you are going to emulate. The ones you've listed arent emulated well as they are too new and too powerfull so arent worth downloading. Iv listed a few below just google for any more you want:

Gamecube/Wii - Dolphin-emu - News
Nintendo64 - Nintendo 64 Emulator - Play N64 games on your Windows PC
Dreamcast - nullDC - A Dreamcast Emulator

Playing Donkey Kong or Galaga on the PC is just awesome... but weird at the same time

So no emulators for XBOX and PlayStation.....???

There are emulators for the xbox and ps2 but they arent worth installing. I looked into it ages ago as i sold my xbox but still have some games that i would love to play on the pc, but unfortunately the emulators available arent at a level thats playable.
