+ Reworked Adriana Lima style HD-Alyx (new bonesetup, more realistic proportions, tweaked jigglebones)
+ Alyx got a pistol laser sight system
+ Optimized LOD system on HD models
+ New HD-textures / HD-props
+ Reworked old Hires-Textures with more efficient HD-overlays
+ Moderate rework of some keyplaces like Kleiner's lab, Black Mesa East, EP2-silo ecetera

Hello AstaLaVista, be prepared, this download is huge, and when i say huge i mean HUGE. 9382.93Mb (DOWNLOADING @ 400KB/S, TOTAL TIME TO DOWNLOAD 6 HOUR'S). and you will need a bittorent client. lol i hope it's worth it.

Looks like a good mod. Is there any way of Installing HL2 without installing STEAM ? I'v got the Orange Box and its the only game/s i dont have installed because it uses STEAM.

Is there any way round it?

Im willing to install STEAM and have it validate my copy grrrrr and install the updates. Id then want to be able to uninstall STEAM and remove all traces of it and still be able to play the games i payed money for.

WOW, it was worth it. Just tried it, and it bring's an old game back to life. Graphic's were alway's good in this game, but they have improved them even more. Thank's for the head's up Neilsouth. Stew2, i dont think you can install this game without steam, and it's launched through steam, if you remember the code was stolen/leaked, before the game was launched and this was their way of protecting it. (Having said all that im sure some enterprising person has made a patch for it.)

Well, worry not, I have a 6Mbit at the office and 16Mbit at home but I don't do torrents (can't really understands them yet). I'll see what I can do.

I was able to find a Rapidshare link because I don't do torrents and since this is a mod and not an original game, I do believe I am not breaking any rules, right?
