Vista - CoH*Tales of Valor* game(Pictures not showing, and very slow)Please Help!

I just got a brand new laptop(Sony Vaio VGN-FW351J), and I just got a new game called CoH(Company of Heroes*Tales of Valor*) and I installed it and it said all "Great" at everything needed for system requirments and also I downloaded all the latest updates and patches. But when I played all I saw were no figures, I could see shadows, movement in the dirt, and buildings, just not images of the people or tanks, I exchanged it 3 times, but the same thing, so I don't know what to do now. Could you please help me out? That would be really appreciated.By the way if this helps at all, my video card is: (Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family).

try updating your video card driver second link, and installing directx 10 third link, first link is just for your needs from sony keep it and put it some where it is just for you laptop.

Thanks, but it seems the problem was that I needed a special video card that I did not have: 256 MB NVIDIA GeForce 6800 series or better.

yeah, you need a good card to be able to run this, as it will pretty much fry any onboard graphics. Whats more is that i struggle to run it on larger maps with a high end 8800.

*note to self, need new card!

Yeah, hate it when you need a top notch special card just to play a game.

you can get good cards for cheap now like mine is now under $100, and i can run everything i have thrown at it so far.
