Vista - how do i uninstall a game that hasn't been fully installed

i recently downloaded a game named prototype. i was downloading it my computer randomly turned off. i turned it back on and it said it was downloaded on my computer and i could play it. i press the play the button and it says file missing. i tryed to uninstall the game because i was going to reinstall it but it doesnt let me because i have not fully downloaded it. please help.

you can reinstall without uninstalling it beforehand, it will try to replace the missing files and repair the installation for you. just simply put the game in the drive and follow the on screen instructions.

Is it a game through Steam? If so, when you try to launch it, it should finish installing.

if it is a steam game, then you need to delete the local game content to reinstall it.
the picture illustrated below shows what you need to click on when you right click the game.

Well, Prototype is NOT a steam game. Here is what you do;
1. Go to your Downloads Folder
2. Unpack the install again
3. Do the same thing you did the first time when installing it
4. It should reinstall/finish installing at which point you can play it or remove it as you please.

You are going to have to finish downloading first, then re-install it. Try re-downloading first.

neither's call of duty world at war or trackmania but they still can be downloaded and installed from steam.
