Hi im brand new to vista and i was wondering if there is a way to fix vista from crashing when i play games like grand chase and combat arms. i just bought a new laptop and it has a amd athlon x2 dual-core ql-64 2.10ghz processor, ati hd 3200 intergrated card, 4GB ram, windows vista home premium x64. im not very computer savy so plz help me out
Welcome to the forums GhostRayne, let me start by saying that Laptops were not design with games in mind, no matter what the ad says
Now, being said that, there are some laptops that can handle some of the games but heat is your enemy and laptops have a hard time dissipating heat, hence, why some problems may occur.
Things you can try...
Updating your video and sound drivers to the latest versions. I am sure that if you just got that lappy, your drivers are updated and there should be a few new versions already.
