Sims 3 is able to my laptop?

First of all. Hello to all.
I wanted to buy Sims 3 but the problem is that my computer will work well with the following specs... I don't want to risk installing the game and ruining the computer.
Can someone tell me that my laptop suits well playing Sims 3? Thank you.

HP Pavillion dv6000
Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit Operating System
Intel (Centrino) Core Duo T5250 1.50GHz
RAM 4GB
Open GL and I have Direct X 9.0

It should run. Very slowly and at the lowest settings, but it will run

It should run, like said above at lowest settings and some possible lag.

Whats with the RAM? did you buy that PC with that much RAM or upgrade?

cause with a 32 bit OS and that processor its kind of a waste.

what kind of graphic card do you have? (ATI/nvidia) [+model] there might be a sticker on your laptop
