Vista - Random Text Box appearing in Games

Soooo I'll be hitten up any game, and usually when I hold CTRL and press a series of keys, a random box appears? typing random stuff which is very annoying. Better yet, it'll be in a foreign language so I got nooooo idea what is going on. Any ideas?

Unless you set up the box, then no and I don't think its part of any of your games.

and if anything comes up re-scan. What antivirus app are you using?

I don't have any anti-virus programs. I know someone had the same topic as me on the Crysis Forums, so I thought it was an issue there. But it would also come up in Warcraft 3 FT, Counter Strike, and Counter Strike Source. Not only that, I've asked my friends on Ventrilo if they have Vista64 bit, and then I'll ask if a text box randomly pops up in there games displaying foreign letters and some will say yes.
