Vista - HELP! Prototype wont install! 64bit issue!

cant install prototype on my 64bit vsita HP. it was addressed b4 in here , but i even tried to put it on my desktop, ran setup with admin, but still no go. i dont have UAC on and i even dowloaded the 4.5 windows installer 64bit package. I have tried many different attemts, but no go. is there a alternative installer on the net somewhere? please help, I was at my friends and had a go at the game and now i really wanna play it myself lol. its almost killing me T_T dam pc.. dam 64... dam prototype...
