Well, I have a problem whenever I CLICK on Multiplayer. Just clicking on it makes the whole game crash. I play single player with no problems, I have the original CD and everything. Does anyone know what's going on?

yeoman: perhaps its a network/firewall issue?

jedisolo: hmm i haven't had the game installed for years, i'd have to check it out

What?

Would a router cause this problem I'm having? I mean seriously, just CLICKING on the Multiplayer button on the main menu, you know, the shield with the swords, makes the game crash. Rarely the little list of options like LAN and Direct IP show up, but I can't click on them.

jedi, try reinstalling your game...it could be corrupted

Would some corrupted file cause this problem? It's possible that there could be some corruption, the CDs are pretty old and scratched up, but I've played the single-player campaign for awhile now and it hasn't had any problems.

Its definitely your router. I have this issue. Two solutions: play at gameranger or bypass your router temporarily and connect directly to the modem. Where are you attempting to play?

My Computer

Usually when I am playing an online game and not able to connect to a server I have to forward my ports.
