World In Conflict Singeplayer

Damn PC games always have issues rising up for me.

Well, I recently got World In Conflict, but singeplayer doesn't seem to work for me. Once the resources are loaded in a new game, it closes and the annoying "_________ has stopped working, windows is searching for a solution" window pops up. I tried installing the patch, but that didn't help either. I tried configuring Data Execution Prevention, and ran as administrator. The game is fairly new and it was mean to be compatible with Vista 32/64bit so I'm not sure what's wrong with it.

Someone please help? I'd appreciate any help provided.

Got the game to work on singleplayer now, but crashes unexpectedly ingame.

Re: World In Conflict Singeplayer

its your onboard video mate , its not good enough for a start its only supports shader model 2 it doesnt come up to the minimum specs for the game , i dont think you can play without shader model 3 but i did see somewhere somebody was running it on a ti 4800 and that card was DX8.1 , so there may be a workaround you could google see if anything out there

The game should be able to play, but I have to change settings (I think) because Intel posted that it can run on the chipset, on certain settings.

I'm going to get a graphics card sometime, damn chipsets suck.

Re: World In Conflict Singeplayer

No, actually. I just started the singleplayer in a new campaign and while it was loading it didn't close on me. I can't get past the 2nd mission now though, it keeps crashing at random points in the game. I also can't start a new profile, as that will crash when I try to play the first mission.

Sorry but, how do you do that? I'm not that educated in computers.

I have a quad core system.*

*Can you check system specs before you ask about cores/other specs?
