help cant play unreal tourment without this error

hello ..

can someone help me please as i have installed unreal tourment tonight...
and i seem to be getting this error messgae could someone please tell me how i can solve it or what cause is please thank you :cool:

Hello Noddsta,
What version of UT are you playing ?, i have all the UT games and have had no problems with the game or Vista.
There are a few things that can cause this game to throw up errors, the most common one is Logitech iTouch software, also, is the game patched to the latest version ?.
If you use a sound card, try disabling it and using onboard sound.
Did you look in the Vista "error reporting/solutions" for any suggestions ?.

hello there nuts ..its the game of the year version.. got all updates ect and drivers ..but tonight i found its only on some the custom maps only some are ok some anit :/ so i dont know mate but thank for your post and responce :)

Some of the servers still use older versions of the game, (why ?), so the chances are, its a server issue, just make sure you have downloading set to "allow", and get all the map packs that are out there.
