Game Processes not shutting down

Hello my games will not shut down. The application goes of but the exe keeps running in processes. I have my games installed on another Hard drive that is not the windows one. I am using direct x 10 and two 9600 GT in SLI. I have noticed this for a week.

I am using Avast Anti Virus and spybot s&d
