I can't Play client games

Hi i really hope you can help me. I've just downloaded two of my favorite games(9dragons and asda story) they wont update and the internet box wont connect. please try to help.

Hello sitruc,

Please try the following:

Press The Windows Key + R

Type in the Run Command: msconfig

Select the "Services" tab

Check the box "Hide All Microsoft Services"

Click "Disable All"

Click "Apply"

Click "OK"

Restart your computer and re-install the game.

Note** You'll want to turn those services back on after.

If you can get online to vista forms and play other game on your pc, it might just be that the host servers are down for your games.

    Upgraded the power supply to 600Watt, in order to get the Nvidia 8800 graphics card to run. And added 1GB of memory even through 32 bit Vista will not use it all.
Or.. you have to port forward. Do any of your fellow gamers that play that same game have the same problem?

well i just noticed that Internet explorer isn't connect to the internet....my firefox is.

Please try the following:


1. Click start

2. Type cmd in the start search box

3. Right click on cmd from the top of the menu and choose run as administrator.

4. In the command prompt type the command netsh winsock reset and press
enter.

5. Close the command prompt, restart your computer and check the status.

no, the games still aren't working(nor is internet explorer

Try doing the same steps but type netsh int ip reset and press enter.

Type exit, and restart your computer.

Have you checked if your firewall is blocking the programs?
