Helppp game engine crash

I installed pirates of the caribbean, yes its quite an old game now but i enjoyed it on my old computer. Now i have vista, when i click new game it goes to the loading screen then after a few seconds it crashs and says "ENGINE has stopped working" I duno what to :confused:, i really want to play it. thanks
