Game crashes my pc

I bought " MAHONG TOWERS ETERNITY" from Big Fish Game. I cannot install this although it is "Vista" compatible. I have tried this numerous times and each time have to "restore" my computer. I enjoy this game and it is on the Big Sea site. This site is closing as of September 1 and will not be available on Facebook with other Big Sea games. Any suggestions as to installing this correctly will be greatly appreciated

Have you tried to do a Compatability check Find the .exe file in Start> all Programs.

Then Right click the Program and select Properties and click the Compatability Tab and run a Compatability Test

This is better. You should be able to install and run with that.
When you install do you right click the .exe and run as administrator? You may have to turn off your Anti-Virus and UAC until it is installed.

Was there some numbers after AMD Phenom...

If your copy of Vista has the game Purple Place and you can play it you should be able to play Mahjong Towers Eternity I just played the free trial and my windows index is only 3.0 for 3D Gaming Graphics

Yes they ask for a donation to cover some of there costs.
Not everyone can pay and they understand that, There is no requirement to pay.

With a user name like mine I would never send you to a program you had to pay for.

Windows Slide Show needs a Index Experience of 3 to run so don't expect to much from your system. Any games with fast action most likely won't run.

I downloaded that game again today. No problem downloading but the controls for the game never comes on. All I have is the interface and nothing else. I give up

UPDATE!!! My efforts to get this game working has failed. I have worked with Big Fish Games and we have tried many things. It is a old game that came out before Vista. It comes down to not being compatible. I used the Compatibility Wizard to no avail. There is no Compatible Tab on the game or in the c/files. I appreciate everyone's help.
