    Game crashes my pc

    I bought " MAHONG TOWERS ETERNITY" from Big Fish Game. I cannot install this although it is "Vista" compatible. I have tried this numerous times and each time have to "restore" my computer. I enjoy this game and it is on the Big Sea site. This site is closing as of September 1 and will not be available on Facebook with other Big Sea games. Any suggestions as to installing this correctly will be greatly appreciated

    I recommend you download this program or similar and copy some of what it finds into your public profile page in your control panel.

    Processor AMD Phenon(tm0 Quad Core 220 GHZ Memory 3.00 GB System 32 bit OS I hope this is what I failed to put on my question.

    Have you tried to do a Compatability check Find the .exe file in Start> all Programs.

    Then Right click the Program and select Properties and click the Compatability Tab and run a Compatability Test

    This is better. You should be able to install and run with that.
    When you install do you right click the .exe and run as administrator? You may have to turn off your Anti-Virus and UAC until it is installed.

    Was there some numbers after AMD Phenom...

    Yes, My oversight it is 9500. This is my computer performance readings:
    Processor 5.9
    Memory 5.9
    Graphics 3.8
    GAMING GAPHICS 3.1
    Primary Hard Disc 5.8


    BASE SCORE 3.1

    EDIT:With that Speccy program what did it say under CPU.
    This is the games requirement.



    • OS: Windows 2000/XP/Vista
    • CPU: 600 Mhz
    • RAM: 128 MB
    • DirectX: 6.0
    • Hard Drive: 11 MB
