I'm having strange problems installing Far Cry on to my computer.
Here's the kicker: I ran it a year ago on the same computer and then tried to uninstall it using the Program Files under control panel for Windows Vista.
Apparently, Far Cry doesn't like that.
So I tried removing it and I guess it was only partial because now when I try to install Far Cry it tells me that CRYSYSTEM.DLL loading failed. As I understand it Far Cry is still partially on my computer and is blocking me.
I tried downloading this game a few times and it told me it failed but it did fill up my hard drive.
First question: how do I find these surplus files and remove them to free some space on my hard drive.
Second question: how do I load Far Cry up without having to buy some registry program? I'm okay with a free one but don't feel like paying for it because I could just run this game on my clumsy xp windows laptop, I suspect.
