Burnout Paradise problem

Hi, I need a help. Burnout Paradise loads OK at the beginning, but when it comes to a screen where I need to insert an username and password if I want to play online(if you understand what I mean) screen just freezes. I hear music perfectly, I see screen, but it can't accept commands(like pressing enter or backspace as it says on screen) even my windows button does not work, so I need to restart my computer.

Please help me.
