Call Of Duty United Offensive Issues

Hi,
I am getting an error message when i try to launch call of duty and it is the following:
"Could not load openGL please make sure you have the latest drivers for you video card and try again."
Video Card-ATi Radeon 9250 (Drivers ARE up to date)
OS-Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit

I just did a quick google search and everyone is saying it has to be a problem with your video card drivers. Try reinstalling them and making sure they're up to date (I know you said they are, but so did the people in the other forums haha) So all I can say is double check your drivers, I'm not very experienced in the area of video card issues. You might look at this for some ideas though: Could Not Load Opengl Subsystem - TechSpot OpenBoards though it seems to be mainly people with problems on XP.

I have reinstalled the drivers three plus times and it still wont work!

Hmm well I really don't have anything else that I know might help. Maybe reinstall DirectX and then check Device Manager for any issues there. And hope someone comes along to help who knows what they're doing :)
