Windows installer stops responding

As far as i can tell, this only happens when trying to uninstall one particular game. I cant actually uninstall it, stops responding.

according to msi.dll I have version 4.5.

looking for advice on whta to do? I have ran antivirus scan & no threats were found.

You can try disabling your anti-virus and all of its security features.

If that doesn't work you could turn off UAC.

If that doesn't work, I recommend that you do a clean boot. I'll tell you how to do that, if necessary.

I tried disable AV & clean boot, still stops responding.:mad:

Seems i might have been wrong. It just takes a long time to uninstall. fingers crossed.
