| Vista Ultimate x64 | Changing background color of applications in Vista and keeping Aero at the same time My eyes are tired of this white-backgrounds-overdose in Windows Vista, and I would like to make them black. I think I can do it if I switch to "Vista Basic / Windows Standard / Windows Classic", but I would like to keep the Aero effects (transparency, etc.). Do you know if this can be done, and how? I've tried some visual styles, but all of them have white backgrounds. I guess a nice visual style with a black background would be the best solution, but I can't find one. Thanks. |

One program that will allow this is Stardock's WindowsBlinds. You can read up on it here. It's not expensive. http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ Hope it helps, Shawn |
