Vista Boot Screens...64 bit

for all those with 32 bit...there is an easy way to change your boot screen...but those with x64 are not so lucky...you can do it if you got the right winload.mui files...but with a normal JPEG image?..im not so sure

im tired of the default bland screen as well as the aurora screen...there are other forums that have created screens...and now it's just a matter of fact on converting it to make it act as a boot screen...

here's a nice image below

Please note that i pulled the image for a different forum so please give credit to that user

The tutorial by brink is great...but that is only if it is a winload.mui file...anyways can we make a .mui extension with a simple JPEG pic?

Re: Vista Boot Screens...64 bit

anyone know what the efi one is??? this seems to be hindering me from actually changing my boot screen... i changed the original to a .bak file and the new one in...this worked about 2 months ago...but i dont recall seeing the winload.efi.mui file before...if it is...is it safe to delete it?
