uac registry editor during startup hp quick launch buttons

which program exactly do i need to uninstall to get rid of this pesky window popping up. I saw the explanation and in the forum between ken and poopsie

Just so I understand your problem better you are getting a popup window everytime you start your computer that says the following:

Try the following:

Start---> Type "MSCONFIG" in the "Start Search" Box

Choose MSCONFIG.exe or "System Configuration", Go to the "Startup" tab, see if you see anything that looks similar to the item you noted above and uncheck it.

Let me know if you don't find anything.
