Security Component Upgrade..Prblms

When trying to play a file within azureus it tells me to download the "security component upgrade" at this site: drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp
however the upgrade box is grayed out.. i have tried everything to get this resolved. ActivX is running.. deleting the drm folder and running a drmreset.exe file has not solved the problem.. JUST EVERYTHING ive tried it... I would greatly appreciate any1's help on this matter.

Thank You,
Paul
