Windows Experience Index - No Update Button

When I view my system rating, it displays 5.0 Windows Experience Index: Unrated

When I click the link (or Control Panel -> System Maint. -> Performance Info. and Tools), it takes me to the screen in the attached screenshot.

It says Last rating: 4/28/2007, which I believe is when I installed Vista.
There is no button or link or anything that I can click on to run the benchmark. I'm running a volume license copy of Vista Ultimate x64 that was given to me by my university.

Any suggestions?
