| Newbie Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Folder Default Action Hello Guys, this is my first post... I've tried searching but couldn't find it, so if it's repeated I'm sorry. Well the thing is that when I had XP I could override the default way that a folder opens (open new folder on same window or open each folder on separate window) by pressing ctrl while double clicking, I've tried to find a solution for this ever since Vista beta came out, now I just realized that the difference is in the default action for the folders in XP, in vista the default action is to EXPLORE not to OPEN, so when right click and then ctrl+Open the magic comes back! so I started to research on how to change that default action from explore to open, but nothing. Thank You in Advance! |
