I know this is a long shot, as it is usually application specifc code that "snaps" windows to the edges of the desktop when they are moved and/or resized (Delphi Application forms have a property that allows this. Usually 10-20 pixels from the edges). Is there any way to enable such a function in Windows, so that all application windows can do this? |
