How to see the side bar gadgets of a user in all the others

So, finally spent some time looking for gadgets for the Vista sidebar. Unfortunately, when I switched users, the gadgets I installed for one user, were not available for the other.

Of course I could always install the gadgets again, but I was wondering if it is possible for two or more users to share a gadget (and still be able to customize it individually).

I'd like to know the answser to this also!

Actually, I now need to know how I got the Sidebard Gadgets to work the first time. Silly me but, I'm very new to Vista and its works
