| Win2K | Success strategies for XP/Vista dual boot? Having put together a new box and installed XP, it's time to decide how to proceed with Vista 64 in the same box. If you have a recommended approach to dealing with some of the issues for dual booting these two and have come up with a strategy that works (eliminates the restore point issues for example), I'd much appreciate your insights. Also, recommendations on using dedicated drives for eash OS versus partitions in a RAID-10 for each OS. Thanks! Noel |

| Win2K | Re: Success strategies for XP/Vista dual boot? Can you use EasyBCD if you start with XP installed as your one OS, or must you install Vista first? Thanks looks promising! |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Success strategies for XP/Vista dual boot? EasyBCD installs in Vista OS only. So you have installed XP, now you need to install Vista in a second partition and then install EasyBCD. From it you have to point which OS on whish drive is...... that's all. |

| crap | Re: Switch to Linux: strategies for XP/Vista dual boot? I tried installing Winpuk2k8 RTM on a w2k3 + sp2 and it failed to boot either OS afterwards. WinPuk2k8 uses a differ loader so likely if you installed that first, then an older 1988 product it may work. |
