Ok I did a full format/reinstall of my drive and whenever i try to install my 8800 GTS's (G92) drivers, i go to restart the computer after installation and the screen blanks and says no input detected although i can shut the computer down with the windows key command.

So basically my problem is not that Vista isn't running, it's that i don't see anything.

Help please i haven't had my new rippin' computer working for about a week now

try resetting the bios..an overclock failure will definitely do this and clear ur cmos from ur motherboard..this is what got me screwed...i was about to buy a new computer..

once u open ur computer...there's a little battery...unplug ur computer from the outlet and remove this battery with a long thin sided screwdriver...wait about 30 seconds, put the battery back in, and try booting the computer...

tell me what you get

Reset BIOS a longggg time ago, one of the first things i did, i did it many times lol. Just installed XP to use until i get any DX10 games =\. Hopefully Vista SP1 will answer many of my problems, although who knows its microsoft lol.

Edit: I guess since everything is running smooth with XP it pretty much confirms the problem is Vista compatability with my hardware's drivers.
