| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: dell laptop crash Hi cadman1344, Welcome to Vista Forums.  Since it is a new laptop, I would recommend that you take it back for an exchange before the warranty or return policy runs out. It should not be doing this out of the box. Shawn |
