Totally fresh install of Vista x64

Totally fresh install of Vista x64

I just tried to fresh install Vista on a BRAND NEW hard drive and this is what i get........BSOD: Stop: c000021a [Fatal Error]...i tried an install before this got an error message and rebooted. FRESH HARD DRIVE. What is wrong? Anyone know?

Note: Just got a Stop: 0x00000050 error =(...i'm really starting to hate vista and all it stands for. Non-stop problems!

I bet you that people can pin point your problem if you post you system specs.

System Specs:
Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz
BFG Tech 8800GTS 512
G. Skill DDR2 1000 8GB
Gigabyte GA-X38-DS4 motherboard
Thermaltake Toughpower 700W
Western Digital 250GB WD2500AAKS
Vista Home Premium x64

Oh and i thought i fixed the problem, but i didnt, whenever i try to install my video card drivers i reboot and blank screen.

Reinstall your drivers from disk.
