wanting to delete .mui file in Program directory

yes, i want to delete this file located in the C:\Program Files\WindowsSidebar\en-US\sbdrop.dll.mui

but i cannot delete it, it say i dont have rights. So i tried using "cmd, run as admin" but when command prompt loads up it shows"c:\Windows\System32", how can i get it to load as "C:\Program Files" since the folder i want to delete is in there.
Suggestions are more than welcome. thanks...

yes, want to take ownership but how do i do it. once in cmd, how do i get the screen to read c:\program files\windowssidebar\etc.......

You need to click the link on z3r010's post and read the instructions. Then try it again. Try method 2. Some people find graphical clicking easier than typing.
