Difference between Vista with swedish MUI and Vista swedish language

I am about to buy Vista Home Premium x64 or Vista Ultimate x64. Here in Sweden you can buy a english version or a swedish version. I don´t understand the difference because you can have the english one and use a swedish MUI (language pack) and all the text will be in swedish. Is there a diference or not between a english vista with swedish MUI and the swedish version?

When I´m already here what version should I pick?
The difference between Home Premium and Ultimate are The file backup and restore features, Windows Fax and Scan, The Remote Desktop Connection feature, BitLocker Drive Encryption and those features aren´t that important too me. Are there any more differences between Vista Home Premium and Vista Ultimate?

If you want to be able to change display languages at will, you will want to have the Vista Ultimate edition.

I do no think there is any difference other than the language between the English and Swedish versions.
