Hi AlphaX,

Before I can help you, I need more information. Do you see anything on your screen before it reboots? If so, what did you see? What type of video card was your old one? What type of video card is the new one? What type of computer do you have? (Is it new/old etc?). Why did you change video cards? Did you have hardware problems with your old card? Please.. the more information you can provide, the better chance we can help you:).

I'll wait for your reply.

on the monitor, i see a a box splitted by colors R (red) B (blue) G (green) and then it just shuts off but my tower is still runnin.
idk what the old video card was, but it wasnt enough to play the Vista games i bought. the new videocard is a Graphics Card 8800 GT OC, sorta new computer bcuz i got it about a year ago. I changed video/graphic cards to play my new Windows Vista Games like Gears of War, Lost Planet, etc... but the old graphics card wasnt enough to play them. and there wasnt much problems w/ the old except playing some games...

Try to start in safe mode. If this works then you need to uninstall the old drivers and software for your old card and install the new ones.
If it does not work in safe mode repost. (try booting into the bios).

Also to add to this..does the new card have an additional power supply connection, as most new cards eat electricity and need an extra power connection to get them running.
