| Newbie Rep Power: 5  |  Vista won't detect my USB flash drive I really have no clue whats wrong. I plug the flash drive in, and when I go to My Computer, it doesn't show up. It does, however, show up under the Device Manager. I have tried restarting my computer without the flash drive, and since the restart I have been doing the "Safely Remove Hardware" thing, so that shouls be fine. If theres anymore info I can give you, just ask. I really do need this flash drive to work. |

 Don't worry be happy.  Rep Power: 10 | Re: Vista won't detect my USB flash drive Try reinstalling the flash drive from Device Manager. Also, have you done all the Vista reliability updates? Some deal with USB issues--which might help you. |
