Lost Icons in Control panel

Through Stupidity I have lost all the icons in Administrative Tools-Control Panle and wish to
re-instate them, but don't know how. I am using shortcuts from within Sys 32, but IWould prefer the original settings. I'm thinking a lost DLL or registry entries. Any thoughts would be helpful

Welcome to the Vista x64 Forums

There's a fix for your missing icons from Microsoft. Here's the link: Icons are missing from Control Panel, or you cannot start Control Panel, the Welcome Center, or games in Windows Vista
