| Vista Premium 32 bit | how long should a system recovery take? I've had some issues with my laptop and have to run the recovery disk to return it to it's original condition. I'm running an HP Pavillion with a 2.0 GHz Turion processor with 2GB of RAM. About how long should it take? I imagined that it wouldn't be more than an hour but it's already been 2 hours... but I've never done it before so I guess I don't have any reason to think that. Since the computer has had performance issues (some a bit annoying and some just plain disastrous), I'm concerned that the recovery doesn't even have a hope of helping and it's just a hardware issue. Thanks, Dan |
