Burning Video IMG in x64

I'm trying to burn a DVD img file with serveral peices of software and nothing is working. I know the image is good, I viewed it with Alcohol in virtual drive. I have tried Nero, IMG Burn, DVDFab, and a few others. It completes successfully but when I view the disc only the menu works the movie is broken up with mpeg blocking and will not play sufficiently. I also tried it in my x32 machine as well and it did the same thing... What am I doing wrong?

Dvd Decrypter is always my tool of choice for burning images, never fails.

Well I was going to suggest ImgBurn, but I see that has already failed you. I guess trying DVD Decrypter can't hurt (other than the cost of creating another coaster), but I think it was developed by the same dude that does ImgBurn now...

What viewer are you using? Maybe the problem is not actually the fault of the image itself.

The image is good, when I place it in virtual drive with Alcohol it plays beautifully. But when I try to burn the disc with any of the above programs it completes as though there are no problems. But when I try to play it in either my computer, my xbox360, or my PS3 it has the same problem like its too low a bit rate or something.
