Cannot find 'file:///C:/Temp/Low/CKRDQOTB.htm'

I am using Vista Ultimate.
Everything was working 'ok' until two weeks ago when I tried to print a page from the web.
A dialog box appears with the following message:
Cannot find 'file:///C:/Temp/Low/CKRDQOTB.htm'. Make sure the path of Internet address is correct.

After a few seconds the following Explorer Script Error message box appears with the following message:
An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 2069
Char: 1
Error: Object required
Code: 0
URL: res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg

Observations:
First message:
1. The folder does exists but it is empty .
2. The name of the missing file changes with each message

Second message:
Line, Char, Error, Code, and URL are always the same.
My conclusion:
The (temp) file was not created in the first place causing Explore to barf with the 'Script Error Message'.

I have been using WIndows Ultimate since the second week in February.
This problem manifested itself about two weeks ago.
Is anyone else having this problem??
If so, any solution to this problem??

Start>start search>%temp%
(this will open temp file.

ieframe.dll/preview.dlg

dll is a library file for internet explore preview

You may have to insert o/s disk, restart, hit any key to boot from disk when prompted, go through process as if to reinstall, when you get to partition screen you will have option to repair install. This will copy programs/user folders and then reinstalls o/s, then replaces program/user folders to where they were.

Hi,I found something by MS-technet wat's work by me:D :

..."I went into the settings in IE7 once again and turned "Protected mode" off. I know that some might find this solution dangerous to security, but IT FIXED THE PROBLEM.
In total I've only seen this problem twice.. both times were with Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7. Both times, turning protected mode off fixed the problem for me. -Chad Allard ".....

I found a fix for this on another forum and it worked great for me.

1) Manually create the folder C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Low.

2) Change integrity level to allow IE7 to write to this folder in protected mode. Execute the following command:
icacls C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\Low /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low

What is hard to believe is that MS put this in a temp folder that many people would clear out thinking it was junk.

Hope that helps!

Cheers
