Cant get elevated privileges

I'm running Vista Home Premium, and there's an account that had Administrator privileges but it doesn't show on the login screen. The two accounts available are a Standard user and the Guest account. I reboot into safe mode but the only two options are the two mentioned. I can't do anything in safe mode as far as the User Accounts applet is concerned, but I ran a "net user" command and it showed that the Administrator privileged account is active.

I can't edit the registry, and the UAC doesn't have any options of selecting an elevated account (it's completely blank).

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Epic
