| Vista Ultimate x64 | Can't access my old Documents folder from XP HD in Vista I had a system with XP crash on me and I just want to pull data off the SATA drive. Vista sees it fine and I can pull almost all the data off. However, when I go into the Document and Settings folder on the XP drive, I can see my user account. But when I try to access it, I'm told "You don't currently have permission to access this folder". I've tried resetting ownerships but am admittedly somewhat confused even after extensive Google/forum searching on permissions. Any way to access this folder from my Vista setup? Thanks a ton in advance, Paul |
