Vista - Documents icons went crazy

hello guys,

somehow after i used ccleaner, all my document icons are lost. i am attaching a picture of word docs. but this is the issue with all kind of docs, word, excel, powerpoint, acro files and all kind od docs. but the funny thing is if i open any file by dobleclicking it will still open in apropriat software like word file still opens in to ms word.

please help me with this, i will appriciate.
