Taskeng stops Vista from shutting down

Hi. Everytime I restart or shutdown my computer, I get a message saying "The following programs are still running: TaskEng- Task Scheduler Engine Process"

I also get the option to restart/shutdown or to cancel. Either option restarts/shutdowns my computer just fine. Its a minor annoyance since its an extra step when shutting down, but I want to get rid of it. Thanks.
