Integrate cursorxp to vista?

I installed cursorxp because I like a particular cursor, which I have not been able to find individually.
Was wondering is it possible to take the “Hand.CurXPTheme” and integrate it with the vista cursor interface so it loads faster than using the cursorxp program which works fine but the cursor always takes a little longer since it’s a 32bit program on my 64bit vista.
