need help!!! important!!! PLS HELP ME

i have a big problem just after i settle the login problem (the user profile service service fail to logon) i lost all my file!!!!!

i follow this webside to settle the problem
Error message when you log on to a Windows Vista-based computer by using a temporary profile: "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded"
after that i found out i lost all my file.

izzit any way to recover back my file?>???

PLS HELP ME!!!! IS IMPORTANT FOR ME!!!!

thanks for ur help!!! but i found something here which is "there are not backups available on this computer"
i means that i cant recover bcak all my file????
